Dr Vicente Gradillas Gonzalez
CEO | Medical Director

Dr Vince Gradillas is founder and CEO of Claimont. He is responsible for transforming the organisation to increase the range of services it offers nationally and internationally, and supporting the senior team in developing and optimising clinical services. Dr Gradillas is also a consultant psychiatrist, providing clinical services to a small number of families and supporting the wider clinical team with specific cases in his direct areas of expertise. Prior to founding Claimont, he was Medical Director of The Belgravia Clinic and The Abstinence Centre (private addictions clinics), and ran his private practice in Chelsea and Harley Street, London, as well as holding admission privileges in The Priory at Roehampton and Nightingale Hospitals in London.
Group Managing Director
As Group Managing Director overseeing all departments, Lorraine is the lead on delivering Claimont’s corporate strategy, driving the quality and growth agenda. She has over 30 years of senior leadership and commissioning experience, along with clinical expertise in managing and directing addictions, mental health and learning disabilities services in the NHS, voluntary and private sectors. Previously Director of People, Operational Performance & Effectiveness at Turning Point, Lorraine’s overall responsibility in Claimont is continued delivery of high quality, innovative and integrated mental healthcare services.
Matthew is Commercial Director responsible for growth and commercial development. Having worked in senior commercial and operational roles in the healthcare sector for over 20 years, he directs growth in existing segments and is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities. In addition to his commercial focus, he oversees standards of customer experience with private and statutory sector clients, governing relationships with commercial and clinical partners.
Director of Clinical Operations
RMN MSc PgDip
Peter is Director of Clinical Operations, developing mental health services, ensuring safe and high quality client care, and providing effective leadership to clinical staff. A Registered Mental Health Nurse for approximately 30 years, he has worked across a diverse range of statutory and private mental health and specialist learning disability services, in senior clinical and operational roles. In addition to his director responsibilities, he remains clinically involved in a small caseload in his areas of specialism, including autism and complex care, and is responsible for specific clinical training within the organisation.
Head of People & Business Administration
Fiona is Head of People and Business Administration. She has over 20 years’ operational and general management experience in healthcare, education and hospitality sectors. Fiona is the lead in Claimont’s people strategy, overseeing recruitment, retention and L&D, and ensuring that our vision and values are reflected in our staff across the organisation. Her role is to establish Claimont as a preferred employer to help us deliver the highest standards of clinical care within the mental health sector.
Deputy Head of Clinical Operations (North)
RMN, DPS, BSc
Paula is the Deputy Head of Clinical Operations and is responsible for the clinical and operational management of services in the North of England. Prior to joining Claimont she was Regional Operations Manager and Substance Misuse Lead for the veterans’ mental health charity Combat Stress. A Registered Mental Health Nurse, Paula’s career has focussed on complex mental health across in-patient, community, prison, NHS and private services. As an experienced senior nurse and healthcare manager, she has a history of successfully managing complex mental healthcare services within operational roles at national and regional level.
Registered Manager, Senior Clinical and Operations Manager (South)
RMN/RGN, PGDip MH studies, MI, SFBT
Brendon is Registered Manager overseeing clinical governance for the organisation, ensuring the company is safe, responsive, caring, effective and well-led. A dually Registered General and Mental Health Nurse with over 20 years’ experience working in mental health, Brendon also oversees clinical services in the South of England and is responsible for case management in a small number of complex cases. Before joining Claimont, Brendon was clinical services lead for a primary detoxification and rehabilitation addictions clinic in the independent sector, and senior team leader in The Priory Hospital.
Business Development Manager – London & the South of England
Ashley is Business Development Manager for London and the Home Counties. Having previously held a senior business development role at The Priory Group, she is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clinical partners in the independent healthcare sector and to grow Claimont’s reputation as a provider of private mental health services in the region. She is also the commercial relationship manager for clients living in London and the Home Counties, liaising with stakeholders and overseeing their customer experience.
Business Development Manager – Midlands, North of England & Scotland
Andrew is Business Development Manager for the Midlands, North of England and Scotland. Previously with one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities supporting people with their mental health, autism and learning disabilities, Andrew’s experience in health and social care within the public and statutory healthcare sectors are the foundation for well-established relationships in this region. He is responsible for partnership growth and development, to establish Claimont as a leading provider of statutory and independent mental healthcare in these regions. He is also commercial relationship manager for clients from the Midlands, North of England and Scotland.
