Claimont Health is recruiting for a fantastic role within our Commercial team. The opportunity is for a Public Sector Client Account Manager working alongside the commercial team reporting to the Group Managing Director.

This role will focus on increasing profitability, specifically in relation to the NHS and statutory mental health sector:

  • Building and strengthening internal and external relationships, managing customer relations, and implementing strategies designed to increase revenue and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Forging partnerships with NHS and local authority mental health providers and commissioners to increase bespoke individual pages of care and clinical services delivered by Claimont Health.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external sales and marketing departments.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for Claimont Health within the NHS and statutory mental healthcare sector.
  • Researching new markets and emerging market trends within private mental health.
  • Developing new partnerships with individuals, NHS providers and commissioners to increase referrals.
  • Leveraging personal NHS and statutory sector relationships and networks to increase public sector contract volume.
  • Collecting information to prepare proposals for sales meetings.
  • Continually learning about the company’s services and developing new public sector market entry propositions in partnership with the Claimont Health clinical team.
  • Actively use and champion the use of the salesforce Customer Relationship Management system.

We are looking for someone that really wants to play a role in making a difference for those that rely on our mental health services and can demonstrate:

  • Experience of working in the NHS and public healthcare sector.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, business development, and management.
  • A highly articulate and interpersonal communication style.
  • An existing network of NHS and statutory sector relationships and contacts (desirable but not essential)
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Effective organisational skills.
  • An ability to present abstract concepts.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
  • The ability to multi-task.
