Claimont Health is recruiting for a fantastic full-time role as a Client Experience / External Relationships Coordinator working with both the Commercial and Hub Team.  The postholder will benefit from the support and motivation of both these teams.

As our new Client Experience / External Relationships Coordinator, you will not only provide an administrative service to our Clients, Customers, Office Manager and third parties, you will also provide sales support to our Commercial Team.

Your experience will include, but is not limited to:

  • Working in a patient or customer facing role
  • Working within a private healthcare or domiciliary care environment in an administrative role
  • Working within any clinical administration and be able to use Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce).
  • Be able to contact prospective referrers and customers
  • Build and maintain good client and customer relations
  • Coordinate meetings with prospective clients
  • Knowledge or awareness of Mental Health Care

You will be able to:

  • Demonstrate empathy and resilience
  • Remain calm and professional
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills, with a solution focused, dynamic approach to prioritising your workload
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in your work presentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and/or as part of team
  • Expertise in the use of Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel (including data management within spreadsheets), PowerPoint, pdf editing, minute taking and the preparation and editing of documents

The role will be office based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
