Claimont Health is recruiting for a fantastic full-time role as an Internal Recruiter who will have experience recruiting into both the private and public sector of healthcare. The post holder will be working as part of our wider HR Team and will benefit from the support and motivation of this team.

As our new Internal Recruiter, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, providing highly skilled mental health professionals to complement our client’s needs. You will proactively manage and recruit multiple roles at all levels across our business and, using our social media and advertising platforms, ensure we attract the best talent to Claimont Health.
A large part of your role is sourcing Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs), Support Workers (SWs) and Companions, and occasionally other healthcare professionals, to build a bank of staff for our expanding service. You will be recruiting all over the UK and sometimes for international work.

Claimont Health is happy to support hybrid model for this role, some days you will be based in our Haywards Heath office and some days you will be working from home. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with the occasional weekend on call.
