    Dr Vince Gradillas is founder and CEO of Claimont. He is responsible for transforming the organisation to increase the range of services it offers nationally and internationally, and supporting the senior team in developing and optimising clinical services. Dr Gradillas is also a consultant psychiatrist, providing clinical services to a small number of families and supporting the wider clinical team with specific cases in his direct areas of expertise. Prior to founding Claimont, he was Medical Director of The Belgravia Clinic and The Abstinence Centre (private addictions clinics), and ran his private practice in Chelsea and Harley Street, London, as well as holding admission privileges in The Priory at Roehampton and Nightingale Hospitals in London.

  • Lorraine Moore
    Group Managing Director
    RMN, RNLD

    As Group Managing Director overseeing all departments, Lorraine is the lead on delivering Claimont’s corporate strategy, driving the quality and growth agenda. She has over 30 years of senior leadership and commissioning experience, along with clinical expertise in managing and directing addictions, mental health and learning disabilities services in the NHS, voluntary and private sectors. Previously Director of People, Operational Performance & Effectiveness at Turning Point, Lorraine’s overall responsibility in Claimont is continued delivery of high quality, innovative and integrated mental healthcare services.

  • Paula Berry
    Head of Operations: Clinical Services
    RMN, DPS, BSc

    Paula is responsible for the clinical and operational management of services. Prior to joining Claimont she was Regional Operations Manager and Substance Misuse Lead for the veterans’ mental health charity Combat Stress. A Registered Mental Health Nurse, Paula’s career has focussed on complex mental health across in-patient, community, prison, NHS and private services. As an experienced senior nurse and healthcare manager, she has a history of successfully managing complex mental healthcare services within operational roles at national and regional level.

  • Catherine Wilkins
    Head of Commercial and Business Development

    Catherine (Kate) is responsible for ensuring our commissioners receive the highest level of service and support. Catherine has worked in healthcare for over 30 years and has worked with Mental Health and Complex Care Commissioners, Case Management Teams and Therapy Specialists along with many other health and social care professionals.

    Catherine is an experienced and well-established manager with a long and varied career. She has a proven track record of delivering services within both primary and secondary care and remains passionate about patient care. Catherine has also enjoyed supporting others as a Freedom to Speak up Guardian.

  • Will Ritchie
    Finance Manager
    BSc (Hons) ACA (ICAEW)

    Will is a passionate finance professional with a proven track record of success in the healthcare sector. He excels at delivering exceptional value for clients while ensuring financial sustainability. As Finance Manager at Claimont Health, he oversees all aspects of financial management, from budgeting and forecasting to cost control and reporting.

    Prior to joining Claimont Health, Will qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC and held senior finance manager roles across the healthcare sector, including NHS and independent providers of acute, specialist and mental health care. Will is driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the healthcare system. He is committed to improving patient care through efficient resource allocation.

  • Darren Jefferson 
    Compliance Lead

    Darren is a seasoned Registered Manager with over 20 years of experience in diverse healthcare fields. He has a proven track record of success in managing mental health, complex care, and women’s fertility services, and young adult programmes across both private and public healthcare sectors.

    Darren possesses a deep understanding of the regulatory and legislative landscape governing healthcare service provision. This ensures that the services delivered are not only high-quality but also fully compliant with all relevant regulations.

    Beyond his management expertise, Darren is passionate about providing hands-on client care. He believes in a person-centered approach, ensuring that each client receives individualised and high-quality services.
