Working with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and NHS Trusts, Claimont can design and deliver 24 hour supported living packages to ensure the clients we support can live in their own home.

Claimont constantly review service levels, ensuring that appropriate levels of support are always available. We can support individuals with a wide range of needs, including complex care, mental health, autism , learning disabilities and eating disorders.
