
Claimont delivers a whole range of interventions in the community – working with the NHS and Local Authorities to support complex children, young people and adults in their own homes.
Support levels can vary from 3 hours per day, up to 24 hour support, ensuring the needs of each individual are met. Our experienced team of RMNs and Support Workers work alongside NHS, Education and Social Care to deliver wrap around support for even the most complex individuals.
