Claimont delivers a whole range of interventions in the community – working with the NHS, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Local Authorities to support complex children, young people and adults in their own homes.

Support levels can vary from 4 hours per day, up to 24 hour support, ensuring the needs of each individual are met. Our experienced team of complex care nurses and carers work alongside NHS Commissioners and Social Care to deliver wrap around support for even the most complex individuals.

Claimont is currently working in partnership with both NHS commissioners  & mental health commissioners and providers to support the continued delivery of high-quality complex care and mental health services. Contact us to find out more.
