Claimont delivers a wide range of interventions and services to the NHS, ICBs and Local Authorities throughout England.
Registered with CQC and rated “Good”, Claimont supports adults and children, providing support across complex care, mental health, autism, learning disabilities and eating disorders.
Claimont’s team of clinical professionals includes complex care nurses & carers, and its service provision includes Home and Community Care.
Working closely with our partners and stakeholders, Claimont supports complex adults and young people to remain in the community, avoiding long-term inpatient stays.
For those individuals in hospital, Claimont has developed and delivered innovative packages to enable timely discharge and ongoing support in the community.

We work alongside all internal and external professionals;
Delivering services in partnerships with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS Trusts and Local Authorities;
Registered to support Adults, Adolescents and Children;
Available for a minimum of 4 hour sessions through to 24 hour live-in support;
We are regulated and rated “Good” by the CQC;
Our services are available across England;
