Levels reflect client choice and specific requests, as well as:
- degree of clinical and other complexities;
- experience and number of staff directly or indirectly involved in an individual’s care;
- location of treatment;
- level of case management required;
- amount of stakeholder communication and support necessary for integrated care and positive outcomes;
- and clinical and administration time required for the level of care requested by the client.
