Claimont Health is recruiting for a fantastic role as an Accountant who will have at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar healthcare or charity industry. The post holder will be working as part of our wider administrative team and will benefit from the support and motivation of this team.

Your experience will include, but is not limited to:

  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience working within in a Healthcare or Charity environment
  • Be able to use Client Relationship Management software (Salesforce) or similar system
  • Experience working with Sage software is essential
  • Must be working towards an AAT Finance qualification or be newly qualified
     

You will be able to:

  • Process all invoicing and taking payments from clients
  • Inputting financial data into Sage software
  • Take responsibility for debtor accounts
  • Working closely with our outsourced finance function to provide all accounting information needed for financial reporting with a view of moving this function inhouse in 2 – 3 years
  • Supporting the teams by preparing quotes, estimates and preparing of client contracts (under supervision) by ensuring contracts are set up for signature, processed once signed and are distributed to the team
  • Assist in the management of compliance for commercial pricing agreements, solving, and assisting in rectification of compliance issues and ensuring all contractor documents held are compliant on both a business and legal basis
  • Prepare High level reports for appropriate governance meetings relating to financial targets and performance
  • Support the implementation of a company wide database

The role will be office based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.  Part time applications will be considered for this role.
