Our service was established in 2012. It is nurse-led and provides consistent care to patients with acute and longer-term mental ill health. In the last couple of years, we have been transforming from an organisation managing a small number of private adult patients to a broader, more accessible adult and child/adolescent service, with referrals from private, legal and statutory partners.

This growth has in great part been driven by our focus on identifying people with: high levels of commitment and dedication to the organisation, self and others, regardless of circumstance; a caring disposition, treating others how they would like to be treated themselves; compassion, ensuring that humanity runs through all of their actions at all times; leadership, inspiring and motivating others; and innovation, demonstrating an ability to create and find solutions, and think outside the box.
